At Clean & Co., we specialize in providing commercial cleaning services to businesses of all sizes. First step, setting up an initial consultation! Clean & Co. tours the facility, inviting all employees and asking the important questions - allergens, preferred methods of cleaning, desired cleaning products, desired hours. and so much more. Second step, get on our calendar to schedule an "Opening Clean". An "Opening Clean" is our deepest clean offered, all hands are on deck and sometimes it take several days. By consistently following up, providing full transparency, and asking the simple question "Where can we improve?", we secure and maintain long lasting, happy partnerships with our clients. Our Technology
The technology, methods, and time frame for each client is dependent upon the client. Researching each industry prior to the initial clean is an important step - what germs to be mindful of in an Animal Hospital? What are the high traffic areas within a daycare and which solutions sanitize the latest bug? Although we pride ourselves on utilizing as many green products as possible, the tough areas require further sanitation methods. Hepa Vacuums, Dupray Steamer, paper towel rolls, a fresh mop head and bucket are items present on every job site. As soon as the cleaning is complete, the areas are recorded with our IPhone's and forwarded to the owner's if requested.

Founded in 2020, Clean & Co. Is WBE Certified, Local, Fully Insured, 30 Hour Osha Certified, and small enough where the owner is on site. From Residential properties, boutique hotels, animal hospitals, and medical buildings - Clean & Co. can adapt to any opportunity. Embarking on a grassroots approach, Clean & Co. has organically grown year after year due to referrals.
